Inner Circle Live

Build It./Automate It./Dominate It.

A 2-day retreat for bookkeepers, accountants, and tax pros who want a scalable firm with qualified clients finding them — not a room full of theory and slides.

The Big Idea

Three components. One complete growth arc.

Each co-host owns a different part of the journey, and each carries equal weight in this room. Together they cover the whole path, from growing a firm to having pre-qualified prospects find you consistently.

Who's in the room

This is deliberately small. 25 seats means all three co-hosts are accessible for the full event — hot seats, live questions, and 1-on-1 time...not a handshake line.

A niche marketing agency for accounting, bookkeeping, and tax firms. Local Service Ads and Google Business Profile built to put your firm in front of people already searching for what you sell — with a strict limit on how many firms per market.

  • Local Market Domination: LSA, Google Screened, and the pay-per-lead economics
  • Inbound calls → closed deals: answer rate, intake scripting, live role-play
  • Referral frameworks you can execute from your seat at the event
  • How to run a sales call — and get paid for your time
Leads: the lead-gen blocks
A letter from your hosts

Why we're putting this room together

The three of us have spent years watching the same thing happen. Someone flies to a conference, fills a notebook with good ideas, gets home to a busy week, and ninety days later nothing has changed. The ideas were great. There was just never a moment to actually do the work.

So we built the opposite of that. Inner Circle Live is a retreat-style event. You will build a QuickBooks app, run an AI audit on a client you're underpricing, write and send referral asks, and build followup automations — in the room, with the three of us working alongside you. Not a slide about how to do it. The thing itself, done.

Our goal is that you implement enough while you're here that the event has paid for itself before you board your plane home.

That's a real target, not a tagline. Between reactivating the leads already sitting in your calendar, repricing the client you've been carrying too cheaply, and asking for the referrals you've been meaning to ask for, the money is usually already in your business — it just needs someone to sit you down and make you go get it.

We capped it at 25 seats for exactly that reason. Any bigger and we can't get to everyone, and getting to everyone is the entire point. Between the three of us we cover the whole arc — growing the firm, systemizing it, and filling it with clients who call you — and for a day and a half we're all yours.

If that's the kind of room you've been looking for, come build with us in Nashville.

Run of Show

The blocks

Roughly hour-long working blocks across a day and a half, plus round tables and protected build time.

Block 01

Opening: Mindset Shift to Get 'Er Done~60 min

All three co-hosts

Where each co-host fits in the arc, what the room is going to build together, and how to get the most out of the next two days.

Block 02

Do you actually need more leads?~60 min

keepful

Working the list you already have: reactivation campaigns, follow-up that doesn't stall, and turning your existing list into money.

Block 03

Build your own QuickBooks app~120 min

Bookkeepers.com

Set up a QuickBooks developer account and stand up your own app, live, in the room.

Block 04

Scope creep & what you should really be charging~60 min

Bookkeepers.com

Pick one client you suspect you're underpricing, then use an AI agent to produce a report on how much scope has crept and what your price should be now.

Block 05

Proactively asking for referrals~60 min

Accounting Leads Now

Referral frameworks simple enough to execute from your seat — you'll send the asks before you leave the room.

Block 06

Run a sales call and get paid for your time~60 min

Accounting Leads Now

How the call should actually go, and how to charge for the diagnostic work instead of giving it away.

Block 07

Work session: actually build it~120 min

All three co-hosts

Protected time to implement with all three co-hosts in the room, in your own firm, before the momentum wears off.

Block 08

Wrap: your next 90 days~60 min

All three co-hosts

Leave with a written plan for the next 90 days and the accountability structure to keep it moving.

Not a lecture schedule. Every block is hands-on — you'll be building an app, reviewing a client's price, writing referral asks, or following up with leads. Bring a laptop, your numbers, and one client you suspect you're underpricing.

Questions, answered

Who is this actually for?

Bookkeepers, accountants, and tax professionals at any stage — from first few clients to firms doing $500K+ that are ready for inbound lead generation. The blocks are built to work at any stage — you apply each one to your own firm in the room.

Is this a pitch-fest?

No. Each co-host has one non-competing offer announced at the very end, and they serve completely different stages. Everything before that is teaching and building.

What will I walk out with?

A written 90-day plan (Days 1–30 foundation and skills, 31–60 systems and automation, 61–90 lead gen and scale), a working automation you built yourself, and a competitive read on your own local market.

What should I bring?

A laptop, your current tech stack list, your numbers, and one client you suspect you're underpricing. Several sessions work directly on your real business.

Where exactly is it?

Nashville, TN across Nov 20–21, 2026. The event will be hosted in the Bellamy Suite of the Starr Piano Building. Nearby hotel information will be sent to all registered attendees.

Are recordings included?

Sessions are captured, with the training sessions accessible after the event. The hands-on workshop value is in the room.
